The construction of the Eco Caminho Turcifal / Serra do Socorro resulted from the cleaning and widening of an existing access, carried out in order to improve the conditions of fire fighting in that area of the Municipality.
With approximately 5.7 km, this Eco-Path passes through several landmarks such as Quinta do Manjapão, Capela da Cadriceira and the Serra do Socorro water source. As part of this intervention, three bird observatories were installed and a picnic park was built.
